"Expired Candy"
I placed an order and was pleased when it arrived, but then I noticed some of the sweets were past their expiration date. I reached out to customer service, and they promised to refund me for the expired items. A few days went by, and I still hadn’t seen anything. I tried to be nice and suggested they check their stock to avoid this issue for other shoppers. Two weeks later, still no sign of the refund. Eventually, I told them to forget it since the refund was only a few quid, but it wasn’t really about the cash; it was more about the principle. I won’t be shopping with them again.

"Avoid this seller at all costs!!!"
They sold me expired candy, and when I reached out, their customer service was downright terrible and disrespectful. Ended up having to file a dispute through PayPal.

They've got a solid range of items. Sadly, a few were out of stock, so I couldn't get as many as I wanted. One of the long lollies arrived broken in the box. I shot them an email, but haven't heard back yet.
